Senior Accountant

Pride Health is looking Senior Accountant to support our client’s medical facility which is in Houston, TX Job Type: Accountant Duration: 3+ months with likely extensions Location:: Houston, TX Rate: $60 to $65/hr on W2 Job Summary Perform complex accounting and financial analysis assignments. The Senior Accountant will contribute to the accuracy of financial statements, perform financial and variance analysis, support accounting operations, and provide guidance to accounting staff. Key Responsibilities Perform complex accounting and financial analysis assignments. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements. Perform and interpret financial and variance analysis. Prepare, review, and approve account reconciliations. Support month-end and close-cycle accounting activities. Perform General Ledger accounting activities. Retrieve and analyze financial data from ERP and Business Intelligence systems. Recommend improvements to accounting systems, processes, and procedures. Provide guidance and training to accounting staff. Support financial management and administration. Create reports and perform advanced analysis using Microsoft Excel.
