Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral hygiene)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare meals, grocery shop, and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment
• Provide companionship, social engagement, and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications as directed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CNA certification not required
• Must pass background checks and drug screening
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to work two weekends per month as needed
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and compassion
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform caregiving tasks
• Dependable attendance is essential
