Occupational Therapist - Permanent Position in Powell, WY

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic activities to improve patients' ability to perform daily living tasks.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment for enhanced independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physical therapists and speech pathologists, to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Provide caregiver and family training to support patient rehabilitation.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution (required by most states).
• Pass the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
• Obtain Wyoming state licensure prior to starting the position.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
