Electrical Supervisor – Data Centre Construction (BH-3187) Location: Espoo, Finland Sector: Engineering Salary: €75,000 to €90,000 per annum Electrical Supervisor – Data Centre Construction – Finland – International Data Centre Delivery Contractor – €75,000 to €90,000 + rotation package. With a strong pipeline of hyperscale developments across the Nordics and mainland Europe, the company has built a reputation for safe delivery, strong programme management, and high‑quality electrical and M&E project execution. Due to continued growth in Finland, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Espoo / Kirkkonummi, close to Helsinki Airport. Must Have Requirements Relevant electrical trade qualification Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor role within an M&E contracting environment Strong experience coordinating subcontractors, labour, and site activities Ability to manage two‑week look‑ahead programmes and daily site coordination Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills Preferred Experience Data centre or mission‑critical project experience Experience supervising large‑scale electrical installations Strong knowledge of site QA, safety standards, and installation sequencing Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Nice to Have European project experience Experience working on fast‑track M&E projects Additional health and safety training Key Responsibilities Liaise with subcontractors, site teams, and other trades to coordinate electrical works Prepare and manage two‑week look‑ahead schedules in line with the project programme Attend daily coordination meetings and weekly site progress meetings Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements Monitor subcontractor performance and progress against planned works Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and site presentation Ensure materials and plant delivered to site meet project specifications Confirm materials and equipment are stored safely and correctly on site Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use Identify potential delays, variations, or coordination issues and report them to project management Support health & safety compliance across all electrical works Drive daily progress and ensure electrical installations are delivered to programme About You You are an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong electrical trade background and hands‑on experience delivering M&E works on large construction projects. You are organised, practical, and confident managing subcontractors, labour resources, materials, and daily site activities. You understand the importance of safety, programme delivery, and quality workmanship on a busy live construction site and can communicate clearly with site teams, management, and other trades.
