Lead Customer Support Associate

A fantastic opportunity for a Lead Customer Support Associate to join a rapidly growing, cutting-edge technology company. This organisation develops highly advanced software solutions for leading global businesses and is seeking an experienced support professional to lead its growing customer support function. This role combines hands‑on customer support responsibilities with team leadership, mentoring and process improvement, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience while helping shape and develop a high‑performing support team. Location Dallas, Texas (mainly on‑site role) Salary Up to $90,000 per annum + benefits Requirements for Lead Customer Support Associate Extensive experience within a customer support, service desk, customer success or technical support environment Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing support team members Degree educated from a well‑ranked University with a minimum GPA of 3.4 (please note this will be checked during the screening process) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work through structured processes Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and technologies Ability to remain calm, professional and empathetic when handling complex customer situations Experience driving process improvements and helping establish best practices within a support function Responsibilities for Lead Customer Support Associate Act as an escalation point for customer queries and more complex support issues Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service across all customer interactions Mentor and support team members, helping to develop skills and maintain high service standards Oversee ticket management processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests Work closely with customers to understand issues and guide them through solutions Ensure accurate triage, documentation and escalation of technical issues where required Monitor support performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery Help establish and refine support processes, documentation and best practices Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless issue resolution Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues and outcomes What the role offers Opportunity to join a high‑growth technology company developing advanced software products The chance to play a key role in building and shaping a growing customer support function A collaborative environment with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development Applications If you would like to apply for this unique Lead Customer Support Associate role, please send your resume via the relevant links, ensuring your degree and GPA are detailed on your resume.
