Responsibilities: * Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care * Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education * Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes * Treat conditions including (but not limited to): * Pelvic pain and dysfunction * Urinary and fecal incontinence * Pelvic organ prolapse * Pregnancy and postpartum conditions * Post‑surgical pelvic rehabilitation Qualifications: * Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) * Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care * CPR and first aid certification required * Prior pelvic experience is not required—structured training and ongoing support will be provided. #CH About: Compensation : $80,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives.
