You will manage access, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly, and help address security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 03:30 PM - 08:00 PM Tue 03:30 PM - 08:00 PM Wed 03:30 PM - 08:00 PM Thur 03:30 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to students, visitors, faculty, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at the front desk. Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing individuals to appropriate areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established notification and escalation procedures. Answer incoming calls, provide general information and directions, and communicate security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate logs and reports of visitors, incidents, unusual activity, and daily front-desk operations. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
