HR Assistant – Entry Level TESIM Electric is looking for an organized, dependable team member to support HR operations, onboarding coordination, employee records, and internal communication. This full-time, entry-level opportunity is a strong fit for someone ready to learn, contribute, and build a career with a growing electrical contractor. What you will do Help organize onboarding documents and employee files. Support HR scheduling, data entry, and routine team communication. Assist with people operations projects and a positive employee experience. What you bring High school diploma or GED required. Strong organization, confidentiality, and professional communication.
