Financial Coach/ Advisor

Are you frustrated with the stagnancy of poverty? Want to be part of the solution-- sustainable change?

Join Ripple of One's volunteer force as a financial coach! This means you meet with your client once a month for two years to help them create (usually their first ever) budget, review their budget, and provide financial advice throughout the month.

You're not alone, though. You'll work alongside the client's mentor and client care manager to guide the client in making goals in all areas of their life: financial, physical health, relational/interpersonal, and professional/ education. Every 90 days we review short-term goals to chip away toward their Family Success Plan.

Qualifications?

Have a passion to serve/ develop a genuine relationship, a non-judgemental heart, stable finances, 2 hours a month with your client, and attend 90 day Team Meetings. Orientation and training will be provided.

Ripple of One helps families transition off of government and church assistance and into financial freedom and their full God-given potential. We do this through mentorship, financial incentives, financial literacy education, and internships.
