Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop strategies promoting student engagement and independence
• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings to develop appropriate goals and recommendations
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation consistent with district and legal requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based occupational therapy
