Who We Are Looking For Professional with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults (bonus for those working with clients/families navigating the Autistic Spectrum, Eating Disorders, or Couples/Family Therapy) Clinicians with prior private practice experience (partial caseloads prioritized) Therapist holding a terminal licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LP) Provider able to practice autonomously while valuing communication, support, and consultation Someone both clients and colleagues enjoy spending time with Individual who identifies with our core values: authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, determination Colleague who also appreciates our unofficial value of sarcasm What We Offer Competitive compensation model between private practice and agency work (Fee for Service with benefits) Furnished office fully equipped, including a window Flexible schedule with minimal requirements Hybrid remote and in‑person work options Professional liability insurance Marketing support Billing and credentialing services Paid time off Paid birthday leave Holiday Pay for full‑time caseload Health insurance for full‑time caseload Flexible work‑from‑home options Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy in an outpatient setting Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to fill community care gaps Participate in marketing and outreach to serve the community and grow the referral base Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual session documentation per company guidelines and protocol Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, internal staff, and school staff as needed Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory roles as they arise Other duties as needed to support the role Requirements Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution Current licensure as LMSW, LPC, LLP, or LP (transitional licenses not considered) Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients Timely completion and submission of documentation and paperwork Comfort with a diverse client base Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus) Compensation: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
