Conte’s Bike Shop is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable Salesperson with Bike Fit Experience to support premium road, mountain, and e-bike sales in our Raleigh/Cary Market. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about helping riders achieve comfort, performance, and confidence on premium bikes. This role blends professional bike fitting expertise with strong customer engagement and sales skills, ensuring every rider, especially high-end clientele, receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in premium bicycle sales and bike fitting, understanding of anatomy and physiology, and confidence to work with discerning customers. Experience with VelogicFit or Retul is helpful but not required.
