Lead Maintenance Mechanic

Starting Pay: 33.88-40.94; target up to 49.12 for qualified/experience. Shift: Monday-Friday, 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3 PM. We’re seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Mechanic responsible for identifying and resolving roadblocks in daily production by monitoring progress throughout the shift and maintaining, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems across all departments. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and equipment manuals. Technical maintenance training and 1–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, instrumentation, and PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley experience preferred). Experience with CMMS systems and standard maintenance practices preferred. Proficient with computers, hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Ability to safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other material‑handling equipment. Strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of assigned areas. Ability to complete required safety training and consistently follow safe work practices. Capable of working in non‑climate‑controlled environments while wearing required PPE. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
