Join the team at White Hall Spirits as a Retail Sales Professional! This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the register, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining a clean store, and supporting daily retail operations. We offer a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace with opportunities to learn about our products and grow with our expanding company. Previous retail experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person.

$14 - $17 hourly

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

• Assist customers in locating products and answering basic product questions.

• Accurately operate the register and process customer purchases.

• Stock, rotate, organize, and properly display merchandise.

• Monitor shelves and coolers for low-stock, damaged, or expired products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

• Follow all company policies and legal requirements for age-restricted sales.

• Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer-service skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must meet all legal age requirements for handling and selling age-restricted products.
