Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, fabricate and install various equipment in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter

One of the following:

• Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
• One of the most recent three years' experience performing maintenance duties

And

Working knowledge of a minimum of two of the following crafts:

• Maintenance Mechanics
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Painting
• HVAC/Refrigeration

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

Active unrestricted Class D U.S. driver's license

Desired Qualifications:

Completion of a two-year technical school program
