Westech Equipment has an immediate opening for Qualified Office Personnel with great customer service and general office skills. This position works with our accounting, sales and ecommerce personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Complete fraud checks on all orders before processing
- Answer sales calls
- provide order updates
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns/cancelations
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Skills:
- Excellent Computer Skills including the Microsoft suite, google docs etc.
- Excellent communication skills, must be comfortable working with vendors, and customers over the phone and sometimes in person, or through email.
-Strong writing skills
- Comfortable with multi-line phone system
-Completes tasks on time
- Accountable for own work
- Very detailed and good with follow up
- Organized, skilled with filing systems and keeping track of paper work
- Timely support of product information requests from Sales and Marketing Departments
- Complete tasks based on assigned priorities and communicate clearly and timely with other team members
Job Type: Full-time and or Part Time are available for qualified personnel. Flexible time for Part Time Personnel
