Electrician Foreman / General Foreman

About this roleLead electrical crews on commercial projects across the Phoenix metro. You'll supervise on-site installation, layout work to meet schedules and quality standards, enforce safety and code compliance, and coordinate daily with project management and other trades. This role requires hands-on leadership in the field - managing crews, inspecting work, troubleshooting electrical systems, and keeping jobs on schedule. Expect varied commercial construction sites across Phoenix with regular weekday hours and occasional extended shifts to meet project milestones.What you'll doSupervise and coordinate electrician crews on active jobsites across the Phoenix metroPlan and lay out electrical work to meet schedule, quality and code requirementsEnforce safety procedures and site-specific training; conduct toolbox talks and inspectionsRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and specifications; verify installation against drawingsInspect work, troubleshoot electrical systems (distribution, lighting, overcurrent devices) and correct deficienciesCommunicate daily with project management, subcontractors and other trades to sequence work and resolve issuesWhat we're looking forProven foreman-level experience in commercial electrical construction (distribution, lighting, service installation)Skilled at reading technical drawings, blueprints and project documentsExperience installing and maintaining distribution equipment and selecting/setting overcurrent devicesStrong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems, safety practices, and code complianceLeadership experience: crew supervision, task assignment, and on-site quality controlClear verbal and written communication with project teams and subcontractorsQualificationsJourneyman or Master electrician license preferred, or equivalent documented field experienceOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationNFPA 70E awareness / arc flash trainingValid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean driving record preferredCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationEnglish required; Spanish bilingual a plus; ability to pass background and drug screenWhat we offerMedical, dental and vision optionsPaid time off and recognized holidays401(k) retirement plan with employer contributionPaid site-specific safety training and support for additional certificationsTool/equipment allowance or reimbursementConsistent project assignments across the Phoenix metro and opportunities for overtimeReady to apply?Build your profile.
