- Assist the client with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to the client.
- Help with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or personal care setting required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift and assist the as needed.
