Service Advisor

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, currently has an opportunity to be a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be a customer service focused individual. Responsibilities Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base. Foster a positive and friendly environment. Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs. High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience in a retail environment. Strong telephone skills. Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus. Dependable Transportation. A proven sales track record in an automotive environment is a plus.
