About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Pyramid Consulting, Inc. to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in New Lisbon, Wisconsin, 53950!

Shift Information 

• 7 Day Shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 3 PM Shifts: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Every other weekend: Day Shift, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Communicate timely with physicians, families, and appropriate staff regarding significant changes in resident condition.
• Complete all required resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Administer medications while following the Five Rights of medication administration.
• Perform wound care and wound assessments as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and take appropriate action.
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and supporting resident care.
• Serve as the floor leader by assessing situations and directing care as needed.
• Report allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Maintain thorough and accurate resident records and charting.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current and active Wisconsin RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of related nursing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
