We are seeking enthusiastic and driven college students to join our team as Insurance Sales and Marketing Interns. What You’ll Do Engage & Learn Work closely with our experienced sales and marketing teams to understand the fundamentals of insurance products and services, gaining valuable insights into the industry. Market Research Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Your findings will help shape our marketing strategies. Create Content Assist in developing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients. Client Interaction Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads. Gain hands-on experience in client relationship management. Data Analysis Help analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Team Collaboration Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing your ideas and creativity to ongoing projects. What We’re Looking For Current college student pursuing a career in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn about the insurance industry. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
