Office Location:

• 5 Minutes from New York State border (Rockland County)
• 15 Minutes from Gov Mario Cuomo Bridge (Tappan Zee)
• 25 Minutes from Hackensack, NJ
• 35 Minutes from Monroe-Woodbury, NY

Work Setting:

• In-Person: Enjoy the camaraderie of an office setting.
• Additional hours may be required during peak seasons (e.g., Open Enrollment )
• Non-Seasonal Employment: Steady and reliable job security

Your Role:

• Help clients understand and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
• Work warm inbound leads (no cold calling) and build your own book of business
• Stay informed on CMS updates and carrier plan changes
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment
• Keep detailed and accurate records in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• Clean Background: This position requires an active health insurance license (Company will assist in obtaining licensing for potential applicants)
• Experience in Medicare /Health Insurance sales preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and sales tools
