We are seeking a skilled carpenter to perform punch list work, including tasks such as patching drywall, repairing miscellaneous items, and repairing paint.
Responsibilities

• Perform punch list work, including patching drywall and repairing paint.
• Repair various items as needed.
• Ensure construction sites are clean and organized.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and general labor.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with construction clean-up preferred.

Work Environment
The work environment includes early start times at 5am, with 8-10 hour workdays. Some Saturday work may be required. Be prepared to work in a physical setting where attention to detail and safety is paramount.

This is a Contract position based out of Gilbert, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
