This role is a great opportunity for someone with cleaning experiance who wants to build their skills and grow with Ezer . Candidates will begin as a Cleaning Specialist II , where they will learn and demonstrate the Ezer Way: Look. Touch. Perfect.

Responsibilities :

• Lead client walk-throughs and confirm job expectations
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standards
• Support and mentor teammates during cleanings
• Serve as primary communicator with clients and the office
• Document notes, updates, and photos using company apps

Requirements :

• 1+ year of residential cleaning experience required
• Ability to complete solo cleans with confidence
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentation
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Ability to work 25–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
