What You’ll Be Doing: Crafting delicious coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care. Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold our high standards of quality and safety. Do daily prep of our in-house homemade syrups. Assisting with restocking supplies and keeping the café running smoothly. Collaborating with team members to create a friendly and supportive work environment. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment. An ability to retain information about food items, drink ingredients, and pastry allergens and be able to communicate them to guests. A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the role.
