Marketing Manager

Job Description We are searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team in the Food industry, located onsite in Valencia, California. This role primarily involves planning, implementing, and creating strategic initiatives for our retail accounts. As a Marketing Manager, you will also manage the execution of our brand's packaging and partnerships. This is a contract position. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Food Industry client's packaging while executing strategic initiatives for US retail accounts. Key duties include planning and implementing the marketing and nutrition program, creating and launching consumer-to-shopper campaigns, identifying competitive industry trends, and driving ROI generation through effective customer marketing plans. This position liaises with external shopper agencies to review marketing promotions, runs program analytics, creates nutrition education programs, and manages product nutritional testing. The ideal candidate will lead omnichannel campaigns and brand partnerships, act as the main point of contact for all partner communications, and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires proficient management of the annual marketing budget, including maintaining budgetary reports, and forecasting expenses. It also necessitates the supervision of all packaging workflows, including the approval of artwork designs and coordination with packaging suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products that align with brand standards. Other duties include attending meetings and performing tasks as assigned. Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role focused on packaging within the Food or CPG industry Proven expertise in campaign planning and execution Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a marketing team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation.
