This is a leadership position inside a high-volume, well-established GM service department backed by the strength of the Chris Auffenberg Auto Group. About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department . In this key leadership role, you'll manage daily workflow, mentor technicians, ensure repair quality, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department . What You'll Do
- Lead daily shop workflow & dispatch support
- Perform advanced diagnostics & difficult repairs
- Mentor and train technicians & apprentices
- Ensure repair quality & proper GM procedures
- Support Service Advisors with estimates & timelines
- Maintain shop productivity, safety & morale
- 5+ years automotive technician experience
- GM experience strongly preferred
- GM Certifications or ASE Certifications a plus
- Leadership / Foreman experience preferred
- Strong electrical & drivability diagnostic ability
- Valid driver's license
- Competitive pay up to $40 hour + with the right experience and certifications.
