We're looking for a working Shop Foreman who can lead our technicians, drive shop productivity, and handle advanced diagnostics. Tops Wages for the right candidate, $40 an hour plus .

This is a leadership position inside a high-volume, well-established GM service department backed by the strength of the Chris Auffenberg Auto Group.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Technician to oversee our busy Auto Service Department . In this key leadership role, you'll manage daily workflow, mentor technicians, ensure repair quality, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do

Lead daily shop workflow & dispatch support
Perform advanced diagnostics & difficult repairs
Mentor and train technicians & apprentices
Ensure repair quality & proper GM procedures
Support Service Advisors with estimates & timelines
Maintain shop productivity, safety & morale

What We're Looking For

5+ years automotive technician experience
GM experience strongly preferred
GM Certifications or ASE Certifications a plus
Leadership / Foreman experience preferred
Strong electrical & drivability diagnostic ability
Valid driver's license
