Job Description

Client is seeking a hands-on Food Scientist to support food testing, recipe validation, and product performance evaluation in a Test Kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science and an interest in food experimentation, culinary testing, and kitchen appliances.

The selected candidate will work closely with Food Scientists, Research Chefs, and the research and culinary team to conduct food load testing, validate recipes, evaluate cooking appliance performance, and document test results.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science is mandatory.
• Hands-on or academic experience in food testing, recipe validation, culinary activities, or laboratory experiments is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document results accurately.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience or experience driving projects and process improvements is a plus.
