Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/GYN

As a Registered Nurse specializing in OB/GYN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients during your assigned shifts. Your duties will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with a focus on age-specific criteria.
• Making informed clinical judgments based on scientific knowledge and nursing skills.
• Assisting in the direction and training of non-RN staff, such as LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries.
• Demonstrating flexibility in adapting to work schedule changes as needed.

Schedule Requirements

• Varied 12-hour shifts, including both day and night options (3P - 3A and 3A - 3P).
• 36-hour work week guarantee.
• Weekend requirement: Every 3rd weekend.
• On-call requirements: None.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB nursing is required.
• Completion of at least one travel nursing assignment is required.
• Ability to function as a first assist and scrub in OB is highly preferred.
• Active Ohio or Compact RN license is required.

Certification Requirements

• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Active S.T.A.B.L.E. certification.
• Active Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification.
