Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF/LTC)
Location: Seattle, Washington
Pay: Up to $68/hour
Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,720/week (40 hours)
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Positions Available: 1

Schedule

• Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:5
• Weekends: Not required
• On-Call: No

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Help patients improve functional independence and safe movement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist credentials and applicable Washington state authorization.
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility (SNF) and/or long-term care (LTC) experience.
• BLS/BCLS certification required.
• First-time travelers are not accepted.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required.
• Pending license may be accepted.
• Local candidates within approximately 50–75 miles are accepted at the same rate.
