Job Description Position Overview: We are currently hiring several Direct Hire Dentist positions in Hagerstown, and Cumberland, Maryland. Qualifications: Active dental license in Maryland Experience or interest in correctional or specialized dental settings Proficiency in exodontia Excellent communication skills As a valued member of our team, you will: Provide top-notch clinical dental services. Collaborate effectively with the regional team. Working Conditions: Flexible working hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) Dress code: Casual or scrubs Language requirement: English proficiency Willingness to work extra time (5.5 - 6 days if needed) Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $145,000 - $165,000 (for 5 days a week) Per diem rate: $100 per hour Experience-based rate: $80 per hour (plus or minus) Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, 401k, and more.
