About the Role Seeking a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional to join our growing team. This role supports both traditional and digital marketing efforts while contributing to e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. Responsibilities Website Management - Maintain and update product listings via Shopify; ensure accuracy of product descriptions, photography, pricing, and availability Third-Party Listings - Create and manage product listings on Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, and other similar platforms; monitor performance and update as needed Content Development - Write clear, compelling, on-brand product descriptions; organize and maintain product data including species, dimensions, finish, and pricing Photography Coordination - Work alongside the graphic designer to create, audit, organize, and maintain product images; support photoshoot preparation and execution Marketing Support - Assist in the production of social media content, email campaigns, and print materials; support data management, planning, and scheduling Collaboration & Communication - Coordinate across sales, production, finance, and shipping teams to ensure a seamless, positive customer experience Software & Tools - Work proficiently within platforms including Shopify, Etsy, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and other marketing and e-commerce applications Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships Plan and execute campaigns and events Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events Create online and offline marketing content Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related role BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, or similar platforms Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling content and copy Organized and detail-oriented with proven time management and follow-throughAbility to work independently, as a team, and collaborate effectively across departments Positive, professional demeanor; able to represent the brand at the highest level Flexible, able to adapt and reprioritize in a fast-paced, changing work environment Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity (i.e. handling product and equipment) Willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback; passion for growth and development Required Skills Excellent writing and communication skills Preferred Skills 1-3 years' of marketing experience Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Olde Wood Ltd
