IT Project Manager

Leading supply chain technology initiatives, the full-time remote Senior IT Project Manager will oversee complex IT projects across warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, and enterprise systems, ensuring timely and budget-aligned delivery that meets business goals. Key responsibilities Lead IT projects supporting end-to-end supply chain operations, including implementations and enhancements across various systems Build and manage comprehensive project plans, covering financial planning, resource estimation, and executive-level reporting Collaborate with business leaders and external vendors to gather requirements, manage scope changes, and ensure quality delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification 10+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in project management of complex, cross-functional projects Hands-on knowledge of supply chain systems, including WMS platforms like Infios WMS or Manhattan Associates WMS Expertise in hybrid Agile and traditional project management practices, with independent management of scope, budgets, and risks Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments, with a focus on change management and cross-functional team leadership
