Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic methods to foster ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment protocols to help patients maintain their trajectory towards recovery.

Education

• Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Post-graduate certifications and continuous education are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy is required.
