Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, interpret clinical data, and recognize changes requiring escalation. Administer medications and treatments, manage IV therapy, wound care, and other standard nursing interventions. Develop and update individualized care plans, document care activities accurately, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Provide patient and family education, discharge planning support, and assistance with activities of daily living as appropriate. Supervise and coordinate care with licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to policies.
