Mobilization Manager Global Frontier Missions Until All Have Heard...

OVERVIEW

The Mobilization Manager provides spiritual and strategic leadership for Global Frontier Missions (GFM)’s recruiting and mobilization efforts. This position exists to fulfill GFM’s purpose of making Jesus known among all nations by identifying, equipping, and sending believers into cross-cultural ministry. The role combines discipleship, mentoring, partnership development, and team leadership in a full-time, support-raised capacity. Because this position serves an essential ministry function, it is designated as a ministerial role requiring a demonstrated call to Christian service and participation in GFM’s religious mission. The role is based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values, and statement of faith. Must identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a clear sense of divine calling to the ministry of mobilization (2 Tim 3:16-17; Col 3:16-17). Willingness to obtain or hold recognized ministerial credentials (licensing or ordination). Be prepared to experience significant missions training and biblical discipleship through GFM’s Missionary Training School (in person sessions or online). This requirement confirms commitment to GFM’s religious mission and theological training. Demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others (Eph 4:15). Display advanced interpersonal relational skills and be dedicated to peacemaking (Heb 10:24-25). Be competent with preaching and teaching the Gospel and missions vision in various settings. Willingness to raise and maintain personal financial support. Proficiency (or willingness to learn) in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.
