Location: Willmar, MN
Compensation: $53,040-$70,720 per year
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Machinists for a manufacturing company in Willmar, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality machined parts using precision CNC equipment while working with a team that values craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement. • Set up, operate, edit, and program CNC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect machined parts to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
• Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for machining operations
• Monitor tool life and make machine adjustments as needed
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Train and support operators on machining procedures and best practices

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:

• Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of CNC machining and programming experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• CNC programming, troubleshooting, and machining experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
