Schedule:

• Start on any Monday with hospital approval
• May include both inpatient and limited outpatient shifts

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Oregon Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility with application in progress)
• Strong experience in adult outpatient therapy-particularly neuro conditions and post-surgical patients; inpatient therapy skills required
• Current or obtainable driver's license (or acceptable alternative)
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks and electronic documentation
• Skilled at adapting treatment programs to support restoration of function, pain relief, and functional adaptations following disease, injury, or medical procedures
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment programs under provider orders
• Deliver skilled diagnostic and therapeutic occupational therapy to diverse hospital patients
• Identify and refer patients based on screenings and collaborative evaluation
• Reassess patient needs, adjust therapy plans, and coordinate safe discharges
• Prepare, maintain, and submit timely documentation (reports, progress notes, billing)
