As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll lead clinical care for your caseload - designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering directly with families to drive real progress. Clinical decisions are guided by what’s best for the client, not red tape. This role is designed for professionals who have earned their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Hybrid Flexibility: Build a schedule around a mix of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision and telehealth, including up to 50% remote work for your in-home cases. What You’ll Be Doing Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with a high degree of reliability and fidelity. Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs — continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential.
