Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour, increase upon conversion

Job Type: Full time, Temp-to-Hire

Shifts: 1st, 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shifts


Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Forklift Operators to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI. This temp-to-hire position offers competitive pay and a great opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, with proficiency in using a stand up forklift .

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Operate a reach truck to move and organize inventory.
  
  
• Verify and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
  
  
• Maintain proper documentation for all shipping and receiving transactions.
  
  
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  
  
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  
  
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous stand up forklift experience REQUIRED.
  
  
• Experience working in high volume distribution center preferred
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  
  
• Proficiency with inventory tracking systems is a plus.
  
  
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
