Talent Development: Oversee Harrow University content strategy and employee engagement with learning programs. Collaborate with functional leaders to design and implement career pathing frameworks . Align employee development plans with training initiatives to drive performance and growth. Performance Management: Lead the 360-feedback process, including survey administration, training of regional training managers, and feedback integration; monitor and communicate progress toward individual and company-wide performance and bonus goals; identify gaps in performance metrics and recommend actionable solutions. Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans; provide analytics and benchmarking insights to enhance talent management practices; drive continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency across all talent operations. Talent Administration: Support HR operations, including workforce planning, employee feedback systems, and other key initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational alignment. Vendor Oversight: Manage the review, execution, and tracking of agreements with external partners or vendors. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 5+ years of HR and HRIS platform experience with a strong understanding of talent management processes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms, MS PowerPoint, and advanced computer applications. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with proven experience in relationship-building, consulting, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Adaptability: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
