The candidate will be responsible for the clinical, administrative, research, and educational aspects of the assignment. The position includes a generous salary of up to $130K and benefits. (This is not a remote position).Assistant Nurse Manager Responsibilities Include:Administration, management, supervision, and evaluation of both nursing care and nursing personnel on his/her designated unit and as assigned for the Medical Center on the off hours, weekends, and holidays.Serving as an assistant with line authority to the unit nurse manager in providing leadership and direction to nursing staff.Demonstrating leadership in improving nursing care.Demonstrating, promoting, creating, and ensuring a culturally diverse workforce in which the values and needs of all individuals are respected.Providing an environment that fosters employees to perform to their full individual potential.Who Are You?You're someone who wants to influence your own development.
