City of Carrollton is seeking a senior Civil Engineer to manage complex, multi-discipline projects from design through construction. You will coordinate design consultants, review plans for CIP projects, and ensure timely delivery within budget while applying city codes and standards. You will provide expert technical advice to boards, lead engineering reviews, and develop plans in AutoCAD/ArcINFO/GIS.
