Assemblers And Machine Operators
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour + Production Bonuses
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
We are looking for hardworking, reliable candidates to join our manufacturing team in New London, NC. As an Assembler or Machine Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment building quality lumber products using hand tools and machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly: Measure, cut, and assemble lumber components using pneumatic tools (nail guns, staplers) and manual tools.
- Equipment Operation: Safely set up and operate saws, packaging tools, and production machinery.
- Material Handling: Move, stack, and secure raw lumber and finished wooden products.
- Quality & Safety: Inspect finished materials to ensure high quality and strictly follow plant safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Comfortably lift 50+ lbs and stand/move continuously throughout a 10-hour shift.
- Basic math and tape measure reading skills.
- Strong team attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.
