Master Social Worker Nights

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first. Counsels and assists patients and their families with personal and environmental difficulties which predispose illnesses or which creates obstacles in receiving maximum quality of care. Acts as a therapeutic agent by participating within a multi-disciplinary health and mental health teams. Facilitates the delivery of services and support is provided efficiently and in a timely manner. Maintains good working, patient/provider/staff relationships. Complies with and enforces University Health policies and procedures. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Master's degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education is required. One year's post master's degree experience in a health care setting is preferred. xxoysbn LICENSURE Current state licensure from the Texas Department of Human Services is required.
