As our studio grows, we're looking for a driven Head Coach to lead our coaching team, elevate performance, and foster an unbeatable culture. Position Overview As the Head Coach, you will play a pivotal leadership role in our studio, delivering exceptional group training sessions, developing coaching staff, and maintaining our high-performance culture. You'll blend hands-on coaching with team mentorship, operational excellence, and member engagement to ensure BFT Phoenix thrives. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach dynamic, science-backed group training sessions Set the tone for studio energy, professionalism, and member experience Mentor and develop coaching staff through regular feedback and support Conduct coaching evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence to BFT standards Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new coaches Collaborate with the Studio Manager on scheduling, meetings, and studio events Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment functionality, and smooth daily operations Build authentic connections with members to foster accountability and loyalty Be a visible brand ambassador for BFT in the Phoenix fitness community What Were Looking For 2+ years of experience leading group fitness or personal training sessions Leadership or supervisory experience in a fitness setting CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before starting) Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) Solid understanding of functional training principles and programming Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to commit to a full-time schedule including early mornings and evenings A true passion for developing others, both clients and fellow coaches What You'll Gain A leadership role in a high-energy, supportive training environment Opportunity to grow and shape a team of motivated fitness professionals Access to world-class programming and ongoing professional development Be part of a global fitness brand with proven success and a loyal member base Ready to Lead, Coach, and Inspire?
