Your attention to detail keeps production running smoothly and customers coming back. Requirements Know-How: High school diploma or GED preferred. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a big plus. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in inspection, quality, or line work helps you start strong. Familiarity with BRCGS standards and ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 is a plus Attention to Detail: You catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving. Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 40-50 lbs when needed. Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.
