Brand Ambassador

Sigma Cannabis is a New York State licensed cannabis manufacturer building premium brands for the wholesale market. We are growing fast, our products are landing on shelves across the state, and we need people in the field making sure dispensary teams know who we are, what we make, and why it matters. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company that is scaling in real time.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Ambassador is the face of Sigma Cannabis in the field. You are in dispensaries multiple days a week building relationships with retail teams, educating budtenders on our products, running in-store activations, supporting merchandising, and making sure Sigma stays top of mind when purchasing decisions are made. You are not behind a desk. You are on the road, in the stores, talking to people, and driving brand presence across your assigned zone. This is a field-based, hourly role. You will be assigned to one of two geographic zones across New York State and will be expected to manage your own schedule and territory with discipline and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In-Store Brand Representation Conduct regular visits to licensed dispensaries within your assigned zone to build and maintain relationships with retail staff, managers, and buyers Educate budtenders on Sigma products, including strain profiles, terpene content, effects, and brand positioning Execute in-store product demonstrations, pop-ups, and brand activations Ensure Sigma products are properly merchandised, displayed, and stocked on shelves Distribute branded materials, samples (where permitted by regulation), and point-of-sale collateral Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong working relationships with dispensary owners, managers, purchasing decision-makers, and budtender teams Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners in your zone for brand-related questions, product information, and support Gather and relay feedback from retail partners on product performance, customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends Territory Management Plan and manage your own weekly route and schedule across your assigned zone to maximize store coverage and time in market Track and report all store visits, conversations, and follow-ups in the Company's CRM or tracking system Coordinate with the sales team on account priorities, new store openings, and reorder opportunities Identify opportunities to expand Sigma's retail footprint within your zone Events and Activations Represent Sigma at industry events, trade shows, and community events as needed Support and execute in-store launch events for new product drops Collaborate with the marketing team on activation concepts and field-level execution Reporting and Communication Provide regular updates to the VP of Sales/Operations on territory activity, wins, challenges, and opportunities Submit weekly recaps of store visits, budtender feedback, and competitive intelligence Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all Company systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation suitable for daily field travel across your assigned zone Comfortable spending 3 to 5 days per week on the road visiting dispensaries in person Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with retail teams Self-motivated and capable of managing your own schedule, route, and priorities without daily oversight Professional, personable, and comfortable representing the brand in a customer-facing environment Familiarity with the New York cannabis market, including dispensary operations, product categories, and the regulatory environment Ability to lift and carry promotional materials, product displays, and merchandise (up to 30 lbs) Preferred Prior experience in cannabis retail, brand ambassador, field marketing, or outside sales roles Existing relationships with dispensary operators or retail buyers in New York State Knowledge of cannabis strains, terpenes, extraction methods, and consumption formats Experience using CRM tools or field tracking systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly Rate: $24.00 per hour Mileage: Reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate ($0.725/mile for 2026) Sick Leave: Accrued in accordance with New York State Paid Sick Leave law (NYSPSL)

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is a field-based role. The majority of your time will be spent traveling to and working inside licensed dispensaries across your assigned zone. Frequent driving required. Must be comfortable with daily travel across a multi-county territory. Must be able to stand for extended periods during in-store visits and events. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (promotional materials, product displays, samples). Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for events and activations.
