Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour Job Schedule Fri: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to verify authorized entry, provide directions, and support a professional environment for everyone at the location. Assist with security‑related escorts, routine checks, and other assigned duties that support daily operations and/or continuity of care at the location. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age. Required vaccinations for a hospital environment are required. Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
