NOW HIRING: LOAN OFFICERParkersburg Mancan is hiring a reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Loan Manager for a great company in the Parkersburg area! If you have lending and loan underwriting experience and are comfortable evaluating credit and assessing risk, we want to hear from you! PAY & SCHEDULEPay: $17.00$18.00/hour, based on experienceSchedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PMFlexibility: Must be willing to work different shifts when required. REQUIRED EXPERIENCEPrevious lending experience is REQUIRED.Minimum of 1 year of loan underwriting experience required.You must be comfortable reading and evaluating credit reports, assessing risk, and making informed lending decisions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer and manage a multi-line phone system in a professional and friendly mannerProcess and manage loan applicationsReview and interpret credit reportsAssess credit risk and assist with underwriting decisionsPerform accurate and timely data entryCommunicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writingUtilize Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasksMaintain accurate records and documentationPerform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 1 year of previous loan underwriting experiencePrevious lending experience requiredAbility to read and interpret credit reportsStrong understanding of credit risk assessmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to multitask and maintain attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentFriendly and professional phone presenceProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelDependable, responsible, and able to work independently READY FOR YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY?If you have the lending experience and skills needed to succeed in this role, Parkersburg Mancan wants to hear from you!
